- Community Room secured Thursday 4pm-Sunday
- Jane Lowe has secured hot dog supplies, will buy condiments & paper goods
- Bands are secured (Sanctuary, Casserinos)
- Tables from church secured (possibly freezer also)
- Swag (order totes; anything else?)
- Review pricing of food, swag, and books
- Volunteers – pick berries, book set up & sale, SF set up, pkg signs, SF clean up
- Lynne Caulfield from the Republican Committee in Monkton would like a “table” at the strawberry festival and wonders if fundraising/selling is allowed
- Need to contact ice cream vendors, berry farms, cake baking folks
- Activity stations at SF??
